Quality Management System

The Management has established and implemented a Quality Management System "QMS" based on the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard for this company, whose activity is the design, manufacture and assembly of API-650 Atmospheric tanks, API-620 Low-Pressure tanks, pressure vessels and other applications within the static equipment sector.

The main mission of the QMS is the satisfaction of the customers of Storage Tank Solutions, S.L. "STS" thanks to compliance with the established requirements. The system and the policy serve as a reference framework for setting and reviewing Quality objectives and in general as a tool for improvement. To this end, the QMS has the following basic strategic lines:

• Disseminate the defined Quality Objectives and the principles associated with a culture of Quality at all levels of the organization.
• Compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements established for the proper development of activities.
• Commitment to the continuous improvement of our organizational processes and in general of the entire system, fully oriented to satisfy our customers, minimizing non-quality costs and thus obtaining greater benefits.
• Effective management and control of the processes proposed in such a way that the needs and requirements of the clients are satisfied with what STS offers.
• Disseminate the documents that support the QMS at the necessary level. Awareness and motivation of staff on the importance of the implementation and development of a QMS and compliance with the client's requirements and expectations.
• Effective communication within STS at all levels of responsibility and involvement of staff involved in Quality Management.

In order to comply with our Policy, the Management documents the Quality Assurance Management System and provides all the necessary resources for optimal compliance with it.
